I missed out on the activities this Saturday and spent Friday and Saturday retrieving my son from the UC Davis campus were he was finishing up his requirements for his Bachelors degree. Left 4 p.m. Friday and returned home by Noon on Saturday. Roadside truck stops and highway sunrises. But now we're back. Glad to have him back at home. I do enjoy the Central California scenery, some of those agricultural odors can almost put a damper on the beauty of the Cali landscape off of the Interstate. Love those California Oak trees....
